Lote 3 comes from three vineyards located in Gouveia and Seia. It was vinified in stainless steel vats, with gentle extractions. It aged for 12 months in used oak barrels of 225 litres. It seeks to be an old-fashioned Dão, with a modern approach. Lightly coloured, fresh and easy to drink like the wines of the past, current viticulture and oenology provide balance, aromatic beauty and fruit intensity in the mouth.
