We mature them in the cellar between 9 and 18 months, choosing a combination of wooden vats, used large-format barrels, concrete and stainless steel tanks, according to the needs of each vintage. We want to fully respect the clear expression of our Tempranillo vineyards and avoid fermentation aromas or excess wood.
