"Sette is the brainchild of Gino Della Porta, a wine marketing expert from Tuscany, and Gianluca Colombo, a winemaker from Barolo. They farm biodynamically 5.5ha of vines "" in Nizza Monferrato, possibly the most important cru for Barbera in Piemonte. Focused on a pure expression of the varietals and intrinsically traditional in style" 

A lesser known variety within Piemonte, Grignolino is a light coloured red but with fantastic depth and character. Flavours of bright and juicy red fruits give way to a pleasant tannic finish and a slight touch of salinity. A highly drinkable red perfect with cured meat.
