'Old-vine organic Gamay from granitic soils, fermented in whole bunches and aged in old oak barrels, this is a lithe beauty from Irish winemaking royalty (and part-time Mayo pharmacist). Dried lavender, heather and hibiscus overlay richer cherry and dried strawberry notes with stony minerality bringing great tension.
