An authentic wine for the table, long and complex. The cuvee is a blend of the five red grape varieties on the estate, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvedre, Carignan.
Harvested by hand, early in the morning, the grapes are directly pressed after being sorted. The juices are vinified in vats then the wines are aged on fine lees in enamelled steel vats.
