Using one Copper Pot Still, founders Emil Jättne and Joe Santos set out to make a high-quality, small-batch, American gin using fresh ingredients and traditional methods. It takes three days to make 300 bottles of gin. In kinship with the craftsman who embody the Brooklyn spirit.
