Winemaker, Ben Glaetzer became a partner in the business in 2001. The fusion of Frank’s intimate knowledge of the land and business acumen and Ben’s winemaking talent, has resulted in the creation of special and unique wines.
TASTING NOTES
Dense purple colour, almost black. Dark chocolate, anise and all spice dominate the nose, supported by hints of French oak, cherries and coffee. A fresh and juicy mid-palate enhances tannin and length. The wine has flavours of freshly cut plums and liquorice with hints of blackberry and espresso. A long and lingering finish.
