L'Amie De Familogue
ABV 13.5%
Domaine Familongue is located in the south of the village “SaintAndre de Sangonis”, Herault. The area is famous for its poor, well drained soils and omnipresent garigue, which impactsthe aroma of the wines in a unique way. 25 hectares of vines are cultivated with a very special compost, based on organic residues, which helps to maintain a good balance of the soil. The yields are kept lower than average, to achieve good concentration of flavour. Martine and Jean Luc Quinquarlet, strongly believe that traditional vinification methods, combined with modern technology, are the best way “to enhance what nature has already accomplished”. With respect for this unique terroir, they do their best to produce wines which are as natural as possible.
