The EBANO 6 tempranillo comes mainly from our trained on the wires vineyards. Selection table in the winery, destemming before entering stainless steel tanks. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation under a controlled temperature (27-28ºC) for approximately ten days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Ageing for four months in french oak barrels. Bottling. After this process the wine is aged for, at least, two months before its distribution.
Tasting
Intense dark colour, its purple rim reflects its youth. Very fruity nose, aromas of ripe blackberries, black plums and strawberries. It also shows mineral notes and fresh vegetables. Great structure, warm, complex and tender at the same time, it offers us a delicate volume sensation. A very fruity, powerful retronasal.
