We have taken our delicious Oatmeal Stout, Apex and let our brewer’s imagination run wild. Aged for 12 months in specially selected bourbon barrels to allow the flavours deepen and develop over time. This beer is even better than we remember. The beer has developed into a rich, complex stout, full of flavour and aroma. You can expect rich savoury notes with hints of cinnamon, clove, mixed spice, roast coffee, velvety smooth chocolate, Vanilla and a touch of oak.
