The "Palistorti" from Tenuta di Valgiano is a sangiovese dominant red coming from one of the pioneers of biodynamic farming in Italy located in Tuscany. Supplemented with small amounts of merlot for fruity softness and syrah for a delicate spice then aged in cement and french oak. This wine is a real treat with cherries, dark fruit and liqorice on the nose and a stunning balance of rich concentrated fruit on the palate with a persistent savory finish. Perfect with red meat or strong creamy cheeses.
