Coto de Caleruega is a brand new project in Ribera del Duero with renowned wine maker, Luis Laso at the helm since the very beginning. Made using 96% Tinto Fino and 4% Merlot, 960m1000m, some of the highest in all of the DO.
The combination of the altitude and the silty calcareous soils bring a new freshness rarely
found in Ribera del Duero wines. Hand picked and sorted, cool maceration, followed by various micro fermentations. Aged for just 3 months oak barrels to show the impeccable quality of the fruit.
