Made by Bertrand Bourdil, former winemaker at Château Mouton Rothschild. Jacques Pallaro fell in love with this farm in the Montagne Saint-Émilion and started by renting it, before buying it in 1995, and devoted himself exclusively to the cultivation of vines. Meticulous care is taken in the vineyard, using only traditional viticulture, great attention at pruning, very little weeding, only under foot, and Jacques does not plough. The result is a classic red wine that respects all the codes of the appellation. It stands out for its creaminess, great fruitiness and supple and delicate tannins.
