Introducing, 50 Shade of Bray – originally the 4th release in our Endangered Species series and released early, 50 Shades of Bray was a beer inspired by our original hometown of Bray.
We had plenty of fun with the name and brewing this beer, taking the original recipe and tweaking it slightly. This is our take on the popular NEIPA with a dark twist – packed full with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Idaho 7 hops, you can expect this one to be low in bitterness and with a dark and dank undertone, packed with citrus notes, tropical fruit and a hint of pineapple. No wolves or brewers were chained or whipped in the making of this beer.
