Our friends Popihn from France have come to collaborate with us and we have crafted a style that we love: an American IPA.
A beer with a light amber color and a translucent appearance. In aroma, we find intense notes of various types of fruits such as peach, pineapple, and mango resting on a citrus and herbal base. The combination of Zeus, Centennial, Simcoe, and Idaho 7 hops makes them stand out and enhance notes of tropical fruit, herbal, citrus, and even black tea provided by each of them. In taste, we can appreciate all these fruit notes accompanied by a crisp malt base in a round sip that reminds us of the classic IPAs we started drinking at the beginning of discovering IPAs.
With this beer, we want to pay tribute to the farmers, to the cereal fields, mustard fields, wheat fields that provide us with so many new aromas and flavors, that they don’t bother us and let us enjoy the fields and the raw materials that each locality of each country provides to make products full of life.
