West Cork IPA Cask Matured Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey aged in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that had held Blacks of Kinsale IPA. The result is an Irish whiskey that is mildly hoppy with sweet undertones with a finish of roasted nuts, malt and sweet spices.
