The grapes used are the same and Cave de Lugny also ages the wine longer than legally required 14 months as against the legal requirement of 9 months.
This Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé is produced from Cave de Lugny vineyards, all based around the village of Lugny.
The grapes are hand harvested, in punched trays, then pressed in a
pneumatic press.The different grape varieties are separately fermented before the blend.
VISUALS : clear and shiny pink, with regular strings of bubbles
NOSE : fresh and intense notes of red fruits
