This is a light, dry and crisp Sauvignon; produced in the Langudeoc it has more body than say, a Sancerre (and at a fraction of the price). It is a typical pale gold colour, with a generous expression of citrus and grassy green notes. On the palate, you’ll get flavours of fresh pear, apple, and lemon, bright freshness and juicy acidity. This is the perfect easy drinking style that is characteristic of the everyday Moulin de Gassac range. A perfect accompaniment for many foods but our favourites would be some fresh fish or soft goats cheese
