For the second release of our collaboration with Great Northern Distillery, we have taken an exception single malt irish whiskey and matured it in Púca Berry and Hibiscus Sour Beer Casks from our barrel programme. The Púca Sour Beer range is fermented using a wild yeast captured from the heather on Benbulben mountain. The wild yeast brings a crisp, sharp tartness offset by sweet and tangy fruits which gives way to a soft vanilla sweetness brought by the single malt whiskey. The Púca Sour Cask Finish is a one of it's kind finish.
