Other components of the cocktail include lemon zest, added in the brewhouse for an underlying zing, and tea, for some tannic dryness, for which you can rely on just a touch of tannic hop bite from the dry hop. With peach puree, peach oil-infused hop oils and a new favourite hop, Luminosa, for layers of summery peach character.
