Founded in 1992 by husband and wife team Martín Alonso Etayo and Gloria Plaza Medina, this small estate high up in the mountains of Rioja Baja is home to fruit trees and wildlife as well as vines – a far cry from the heavily manicured rows that dominate the region. From their organically-certified parcels they craft an unoaked, youthful wine that is utter joy to drink.

A true 'wine without makeup': energetic and juicy, brimming with bouncy pomegranate, plum, and floral aromas, hints of peppery spice and Mediterranean herbs. Generously textured and underlined by sweet, ripe tannins.
