We present our sparkling fresh Cuvée Blanc No.01 - a harmonious interplay between the yellow fruit of pear and mirabelle plum, rounded off with a hint of typical brioche notes. The elegant acidity is balanced by a delicately creamy, fine-pearl texture.  

Excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fine canapés, seafood, fresh desserts such as zabaglione and panna cotta with fruit.
