Different honeys with citrus, perfumed and floral profiles have been used for this product.

The complexity of production is very high since the dissolution of the honey is applied with the same water that will serve to lower the alcoholic strength of the rum aged to 62.7% in barrels and remains stable at 40% bottled.

We have found the ideal balance of sweetness without needing to further reduce the degree.
